Orders are delivered in 3 to 7 working days across India. We share the tracking link once your order ships.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,499. Below that, a flat fee of ₹99 applies.

Unopened yerba mate and unused ritual sets can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened yerba mate cannot be returned.

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.

Once we receive the return, we refund the amount to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Yes. It is real South American yerba mate, 100% leaf with nothing added.

Mate is naturally caffeinated, broadly comparable to a cup of coffee depending on how you prepare it. If you are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor.

Rinse with warm water after each use and let it dry upright. No soap on wooden cups.
