Who we are

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, optional email, delivery address and any order notes. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never seen or stored by Yerea. We receive the payment status and the order details you provide.

Why we collect it

Only to process and deliver your order, contact you about it and, if you choose, pre-fill your next checkout. We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is stored

Details you choose to save are stored in your own browser on this device. Your order and delivery details are shared with Razorpay to process the payment, under Razorpay's privacy policy. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their terms. If we introduce customer accounts, your data will be stored with our hosting provider and this policy will be updated.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can remove data saved on this device from the My account page, or contact us to delete data we hold.
