We want you to love your ritual. If something is not right, here is how cancellations, returns and refunds work.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge until it is shipped. Write to us by email or WhatsApp with your order number (it starts with YER-). Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it as described below.

Returns

Unopened yerba mate pouches and unused, complete Ritual Sets in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened yerba mate pouches and used cups or bombillas cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and a photo of the product. We will share the return address or arrange a pickup where available.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any shipping charges, at no extra cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay, within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and check the returned item (or after cancellation). Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, or if the order was cancelled before shipping.
