Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1 to 2 working days after payment. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days from payment, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹1,499 or more (after discounts). Below that, a flat fee of ₹99 applies. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send you the tracking details by email or WhatsApp.

Delays and failed deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, contact us and we will trace it with the courier. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available after several attempts, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
