These terms apply to every purchase made on this website, operated by Yerea (“Yerea”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

2. Products and prices

We sell yerba mate and the Yerea Complete Ritual Set. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once your payment is successful and you see the order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud. In that case you receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets). We never see or store your card details. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and only one code can be used per order.

5. Delivery

We deliver within India. Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

7. Product use

Yerba mate is a naturally caffeinated beverage. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, sensitive to caffeine or under medical supervision, consult a doctor before use.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Content

All text, photos and designs on this website belong to Yerea or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [city to be added], India.
